The City of Rockdale has a great selection of parks and entertainment facilities for all ages to choose from, including Fair Park! Fair Park is home to the Rockdale Fair and Rodeo. The park has many suitable amenities, including the New Salem building, to accommodate events such as roping's, livestock shows, carnivals, horseshoe tournaments, barbecue cookoffs, and concerts. A 3/8th mile oval horse track is available for exercising horses or just taking a leisure ride.
